Philip Marino - President
Philip Marino brings 24 years of experience in real estate acquisitions to Intercon West Realty Advisors. Originating Intercon West in 1999 after selling his first company, Marino has enjoyed a long and fruitful career. Marino sold his original company in the mid 1990’s and relocated to Phoenix. Marino has handled high rise acquisitions in nearly every major metropolitan market in the US and represented three International companies during his career. Phil Marino has also served shorts stints with Grubb & Ellis and Sperry Van Ness.

Phil has been the recipient of numerous national and local honors during his career ranging from the NRCC 2006 Businessman of the Year to “Who’s Who in America” to Forum’s Top 100 brokers” list. He is the father of four children ranging from 11 to 28 years old. He is an active pilot with a special fondness for aerobatic flying, and a weekend sailor.
